First I am not answering your question just reflecting on it. I can imagine that the OO concepts could be confusing at times as they are. I never had any formal education in computer science and still could grasp it to some extend now. One thing you have to understand is OO is a theory. There is lot of technicality in it and one may not understand it all unless one does a PhD in it. OO languages (such as C#) are the implementations of OO theory. (This is similar to RDBMs are implementations of SET theory). So basically some part of theory may be missed in implementation. You will need to understand concepts and it is possible only if you keep reading it from different sources. Few concepts will become crystal clear only after months but unfortunately there is no alternative to keep reading and keep practicing.
