in forum how to count the no. of members view the pages

hai In forum i am going to display the number of members view the topic discussion and also count the number of members reply for that topic. how can i do that give me any suggestion. Thank u

For counting the number of members that have replied to a topic it depends entirely on your application. Whatever your code does to store a reply just add code there that increments a counter. Also counting the numberf of users that have viewed a discussion is conceptually the same; whatever the code is that is executed by your application it can also increment a count.

Krithika Before starting a project you need do a lot of home work. Atleast must have an idea about how to do the project and how to work on it. And also must know what you up to. You need to prepare some sketch before starting. Start learning Oops UML Design patterns etc. Here you are asking for ready made answers even you didnt tried by yourself how to achive that. Create global application class and count the no of member in varible in Applicationstart() method. may be helpful to you.
