After how many days Index should be rebuild or reorganize in sql server??

Hi Ravi Recommendation is Index should be rebuild when fragmentation is greater than 40% and Index should be reorganized when fragmentation is between 10%-40%. Index rebuilding process is CPU intensive process and locks the database resources.if you are using Enterprise version then it has option ONLINE which keep index available during rebuilding.
