info dialog over system tray

Question

I've got an application and when minimizing it it appears in system tray. Now I would like an dialog a la msn (when new message comes) to be shown (when a special thing happends). How can I acomplish this?? Regards

Your best bet for creating a dialog is the following: http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/dv_vstechart/html/vbpowerpack.asp Its the Microsoft VB Power Pack (not sure if it exists for other languages) and has many features to it.
