Hi Ragavendar\ We can achive this by custom webservice. write a webservice which will check the listitems in the list wich between the dates. Set Startdate and enddate as a parameter and retrun true of false for this web method. Create a Dataconnection for the web service. On the submit button create a rule That rule will call the dataconnection by passin the date values. if there is true then dont submit and it return false then allow user to submit the form.

Hi Nilesh We are not using any database. item is created and stored in list (Office365) while creating another item we needs to check in the O365 list item.

Hi If you save start and end date in database then second time you need to update.
