Suppose you are working on a project of an automobile industry. you have declared a class as Bike having some properties in form of methods and variables. Now if you create a class as Bajaj.Then you have two options: 1.You may create another class (Bajaj) with some method same as in Automobile class(You need to rewrite the code). 2.You may use the property of Parent class (Automobile). In second case you need to use Inheritance. Thus Inheritance avoid the re-usability of code. Hope it will help you..!! :)
