Hi It depends in which part of India u wana setup. In Bangalore its at higher side  lill lesser in hyderabad and Same like bangalore in Delhi NCR. But also it depends of the developer also 25-40 % is average jump in India.Some companies gives more than that also. hope this will help. Cheers..
