Insert Data into SQL Server using JQuery in ASP.Net

Question

Hi I want to insert the Data into SQL Server using JQuery in ASP.Net. i have tried many ways but could not get successes. I have a master page on to that there is content page and on that page there is auser control. User control has 4 fields User Name Password Email and URL. I want to insert these values in SQL Server database. I have taken the reference from many sites but could not able to insert the data into DB. Please help me. It is very urgent.

Its not working . Webservice can not be called by Insert() function. If I invoke that webservice manually at that time code works fine.

I am not getting your point. In attached application When you click on the insert button there is no postback .and your data saved in database.
