you can copy column cell data to row and delete the original data worksheet.Copy(worksheet.Range[A2:A4]worksheet.Range[B1:D1]true); and delete the orignal data: //delete cell data A2 but not its format worksheet.Range[A2].Clear(ExcelClearOptions.ClearContent); //delete the format of A2 worksheet.Range[A2].Clear(ExcelClearOptions.ClearFormat); //delete cell data A2 including its format worksheet.Range[A2].Clear(ExcelClearOptions.ClearAll); see details at Excel Data Setup C# .
