Insert details in database

Hi I have one page with topicquestion and related options and button for next. I want to insert question and related selected answer in database when i click on button Retail Store Evaluation : topic 1- Stores are conveniently located? strongly agree agree disagree strongly disagree 2- Store atmosphere and decor are appealing? strongly agree agree disagree strongly disagree 3- A good selection of products was present. strongly agree agree disagree strongly disagree I am not getting please help me in terms of concept....

you can't clear which application are used like window or web application. ok i try telling you in windows application. suppose i give first question answer strongly agree. protect btn_click() { if(radioButton.checked==true || radioButton2.checked==true || radio.checked==true) //check first question is giving answer or not { string test=RadioButton1.Text; } } you can check also every one by one... hit to reply if any face problem regarding this. jsb
