Insert either date or time in sql from aspx page

Question

Hello sir my question is i want to update/insert the record into sql database from asp.net c# .Everything working absolutely fine. but now i want to add a coloumn in database so that when a user update its info or a new user insert his record than it will show the time and datetime in sql.also user login & logout time . Thanks

I would keep 2 different columns CreateDate and ModifyDate.. CreateDate is easy you can handle it onSQL side set GetDate() for default value when you create column..
