Insert fields and Edit fields in word document

Can we customize the Insert fields and Edit fields uisng VSTO?. or is there anyway to filter or remove the fields in word? please anyone help me

Yes that have buit in I want some specific Fields Name like Author Date etc. So I want to do own desgin. so if you know send me the code. Or else tell me is there anyway to remove unwanted fields from word?
