Hi You need to use ExecuteNonQuery. If your command is Insert Update or Delete executeNonquery returns an integer specifying the number of rows affected. Thanks -- Vijaya Kadiyala

hii.. hi ...instead of DataAdapter..use ExcecuteNonQuery... Cmd.ExecuteNonQuery(); connection.close();
