Insert records when enter data in datagridview

Hi I want insert records when i enter data in datagridview cell. and also when click on cell then display combobox then i have select any one after insert records. have attach screenshot for which view i want

By default a DataGridView has a row at the bottom of it for inserting records. Also are you familiar with the DataGridViewComboBoxColumn Class?
