Inserting current time displayed by label into database

Hi

I have a label named lbtimenow on a web form which displays current time and I have a template field with checkbox named chklate. I want to insert the current time into a database table called "tbllate" each time the chkboxlate is checked. Please how can I do that?

Hi I have attached sample code pls check it I hope it will work!. find default.ASPXI have used one label and one template field(i.e checkbox). while click the submits button then we find all checked item using for each. Thanks
