Installing xampp for orangehrm

Question

i have downloaded xampp software from this site http://sourceforge.net/projects/xampp/files/XAMPP%20Windows/1.7.4/xampp-win32-1.7.4-VC6-installer.exe/download

when i install it in my pc it is not installing properly it throwing error like Apache server not started what the problem i'm not getting

can any1 help me on this

Do you mean that when you run the XAMPP control panel program and click Apache start then Apache service still does not run?l The services have to be started manually. Why have you not downloaded from the XAMPP website? This give installation and running instructions.
