hii, it is a secure connection method used for connection string given by microsoft. Through it a remote server access of sql server we can limited. which helps you to prevent from thread and etc. thanks

hi, SSPI is nothing but well-defined common API for obtaining integrated security services for authentication. this means that the application authenticate itself at database using UID and password of logged on user whose is execute the application. or if it is a web application and hosted on IIS then it use ASPNET or NETWORK SERVICE account. The SSPI allows an application to use any of the available security packages on a system without changing the interface to use security services. The SSPI does not establish logon credentials because that is generally a privileged operation handled by the operating system.
