Integrating a short sound

Hi!

 

I have a question to ask concerning an integrated calling sound. I need to know if it's possible with C# or C#.Net to integrate a short sound when someone is calling to you.

I will explain it with a simple example:

For instance, when you are calling someone... It's ringing on his phone then before him to answer a shord music (or a short sound) it's playing. When it's pick up the phone naturally its stop. I am not sure if I am clear.
