INterface can never contains filed irrespective of any application. There are just used to declare your signature of the method and then defined by the structure that inherists it.

Firstly you are operation contract means methods not fields. Make it is a method. Secondly you are using static with a the field which doesn't mean anything. Please remove static keyword. public interface IService1 { RBSUserLogic RBSUserLogic { get; set; } }
