Internal functionality ?

Hi

Well i have say 2 buttons when i click on button 1 or button 2 there respective Event-handlers will be executed on server right // ..

My doubt is how server knows & differentiate b/w button 1 & 2 event_procedures depending on the click ?

Hi Sunil This is quite a basic fundamental but i would love to tell you that. For every control that has an event associated with it must have a valid Identifier (ID property) assigned to it. This is how the Server knows about what event to fire when you click button A or you click button B. It invokes the event that is associated with clicked Button. Hope I answered your question. Humm yes through ID it will yes bang on. But where is that ID stored at server side ??? i need internal functionality happening at server side .. Thank you for help
