Since you have so much to learn, it is critical that you be able to read the documentation and articles and books and other resources available to you. You won't get all the answers from forums such as this; for the material that exists in the documentation and articles and books and other resources, it is more productive if you use those resources. If you have lots of money then you can pay someone to teach you but if you had lots of money you would not need to do any programming yourself. Applications can't work together. But if you have a COM DLL developed in VB 6, you can use that in VB.NET and vice versa.
