ds.Tables[0].Compute(Sum(Debit) AccGroupName='Accounts'); Ds have AccGroupName : AccountsBankSalary etc LedgerName Debit Credit showing the error : Invalid usage of aggregate function Sum() and Type: String.

What is Debit column data type !!!? var result = yourDataTable.AsEnumerable().Sum(x => Convert.ToInt32(x[Debit])); you can change Convert.ToInt32() method whatever your column data type. Goodluck :)

Showing the error i tried this also but it showing error my one is double not interger i convert into int64 Syntax error in aggregate argument: Expecting a single column argument with possible 'Child' qualifier
