iPad may have a use

Question

Finally in my book. I am at this pizza place having a meeting an they have wifi. It doesnt make sense to bring a laptop but iPad or any tablet is perfect to show and browse some websites.

I think Suthish missed the previous thread in which you said the iPad is useless. A tablet can be more convenient than a lot of old-fahioned books or photo album. A tablet can be an ebook reader. A tablet could be used to read news and other stories; as you say some websites. It is possible to download material to a tablet for viewing elsewhere where a connction to the internet does not exist. All of this could be done using a laptop but a tablet can be more convenient. In my opinion the main advantage of a laptop is the keyboard.
