Is ACCESS actually a database if no then why and if yes then how many Codd's rules it fallow

Just a quick thought on this; How hard it is for you to open up the set of Codd's rules do some additional searches on Google about MS Access and play around with MS Access yourself? No offense but I think you should not take those who are ready to assist you with their knowledge for granted. They are happily there to assist you because they wants to add some value or help you get through somewhere you are stuck but they are not here to do research/work for you.
