Is dot net a good developed tools to Windows Form?
Is there any Databse Application System (ERP/Finance/HR system) which created by Dot Net?

Dot Net seems to develop for internet , not for Windows Form. It's my feeling.
It usually to use it to creating webpage.(asp.net), but not WinForm.

Am I right?
