Is is Possible to build Internet Radio using SilverLight?

I m entirely new to programming and want to build up an Internet Radio using SilverLight is it possible and what are the basic requirments for this. Please let me know.. Need help urgent... please let me know the hardware and software requirments as well.

Yes - it is possible. You can have a live server side http stream. You can take a look at the MediaElement class as the starting point.
