There is no database connectivity for user. only just change content,title,color of pages. What is the best way to achieve this? If possible give me code.

Yes, but one issue remains, is who the user can interact with the server for example if I'm user and I want to configure a control on the fly and that control is connecting to a data base of my choise. or configuring a control that upload and download a file from and to a distant server

Thanks for your reply. Let me give brief explanation about my problem. I am creating web application in asp.net. using of this application user will create website on the fly, select layout,select images for different pane, select color ,edit content of different pages and after all publish to create new website. what will i user for this scenario?
