Is it good time to switch?

Question

 I have 2.6 yrs of .net experiance. I was thinking of switching to new company as m not much exposed to new technologies here, but jus worried whether its a good time to switch now?? What are the market's demand??
 
I am working as a developer but that too got limited exposure to development (thts wht i think but may be it can be more than that also). Its like i have worked on most of the technologies(asp.net, c#, web services, jquery, javascript, sql) but m master of none. :( Is that how it goes in IT??

If I want to prepare for interviews now, then from where n what should i start learning??
