is it necessory to install sql & c# when you are running exe file of c# project on ur system

A simple exe file in c# does not require sql (sql server). But it requires the appropriate .net runtime version. (you can check the version of your assembly by getting the project properties in visual studio) The sql server is required if your application needs to install a local db server in the client machine.
