Is It Necessary to mention domain in resume?

while applying for the post of software developer Is it necessary to mention in resume that on which domain i have worked in my previous company?

Hello Nowadays copany require a person who updated with latest technology As per my view resume is First Impression on employer . If you specified enough technology you have worked on so it will be easy for them to pick you and judge you on basis on resume It will reflect on their judgement  that much you are capable for the postion you are going to apply . So its batter to be honest with your resume Thanks

hi yss bro they will evaluted your profile based on your previous company project and working domain... if u mention your experience in the particular domain u get more oppurtunities..just mention domain and your previous project details all the best
