i have xsd file  i can convert particle node value to xml  is it possible to convert whole xsd to xml

I used bellow link  and found that i can get only root element xml file https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa302296.aspx so the issues is if xsd file does not contain globally defined element then how can we access the whole xml from xsd file . thanks InAdvanced !
