As sourabh mentioned , knowledge is required as i suggest you to keep your knowledge updated in all the fields theoritically as well as practically. try to get some good certification (optional) which gives more weightage for your resume. try to update your skills more from this community as most of the authors write articles/blogs in various technologies.

Yogesh, Many companies have stopped using Silverlight. Anyways you have experience in XMAL so, you can learn Xamarin for hybrid mobile applications. (it is based on my experience faced in many interviews) Current market is looking for Full stack developers so try to concentrate on any UI design (like bootstrap / Foundation UI) and java script frame work ( like Angular / React js / Knockout js) along with your dotnet and SQL skills.
