Is it Possible to use .Net Framework 3.5 build DLL to WP 8.1

Question

  Is it Possible to use dll files created by .net Framework 3.5 port or use in  windows phone 8.1 c#?

 

is there any way to port from .net framework 3.5 to .net framework 4.5 ???
