I think it's a perspective of one person. As a person we usually are biased about things we like and dislike. This is how human nature is. Or perhaps writer got paid for the review. It happens in the industry all the time.

The websites says about all good things of Surface not even a single negative point. I think its too early to relay on such reviews.. :)
