i'm not getting file explorer in windows 10

Hello Everyone! i'm not getting file explorer in my laptopFirst it shows Enter Windows Credentials than it keep asking username or password incorrect. means i'm not connecting to network/server of my institute. How to get it?

Follow Following Steps: First Right Click on Desktop and select personlize option. Now Select Start option and Choose which folder appear on start Now ON File Explorer Option Thanks :)

OK Do This Open CMD with Run as Administrator You can open it using Windows + X and now select command Prompt (Admin). Type Net User without double quotes. Then Type net user administrator /active Then Type net user \computername /d.
