Issue on reading txt file data and sending to the final form

Question

I am having Issue on reading txt file data and sending to the final form for output.

1.I am getting proper output through step by step filling the data but do not know how to do it.

I am having first form with ïnteractive mode"and "file mode" in which interactive mode is filling of all the data stepby step and getting the result and saving in text file in prescribed format.Now File mode is the mode in which we can fetch the same text file from first form and then calculates and gives the same result as in 1st part.Please help.
