This is an Error which i got: It is an error to use a section registered as allowDefinition='MachineToApplication' beyond application level. This error can be caused by a virtual directory not being configured as an application in IIS.

hello ANI i think you are downloaded any application from a site and want to run this and this error comes out. am i right? if yes then it means this application is set to run only on IIS. YOu can try one thing rename existing web.config and add a new config file after that copy and paste just those xml data that you really meed. like connection string assembly wtc. and try it i think it will help you if i am right.
