Iterating through a datagridview

Question

Sir/Ma'am
I was hoping one of you could assist me with iterating through a datagridview to find null values. Basically, I have a datagridview consisting of 14 fixed columns. If the user adds a new row and doesn't populate all 14 cells for that specific row, I would like to input the value of "00000" into the unpopulated cells. The code below will simply write the data in the cells to a txt file, which is fine until I need to import said data into my datagridview.

Amit note that answers provided by email won't get credit for the purposes of the contest and theLizard is not interested in the contest. I of course agree that answers should be posted for others to see and I am sure that the management wants that and that is why they don't give credit for answers that are provided in email. I think thLizard knows all this already so there is nothing we can do.

This is discussion forum and open to every one. some other guys may have the same problem and if they found the solution here in the forum then it'll be good for forum and that user also.
