It's regarding the desktop application

Hello everyone This is deepak.I have developed a desktop(windows form) application using visual studio 2010 and sql server 2008 database.And i have used the concept of linq to sql classes. Somy development has completed but now the problem is if I setup & deploy my application and I want to run it in any other client machine.Sois the sql server 2008 must be installed in the client's machine or we have any other way to do it and make my application run in the client's machine.Please help me as soon as possibleI am just a beginner in this .net field. Ask your networking team whether they can provide a static ip system or any system which is having static ip.. More about static ip http://searchwindevelopment.techtarget.com/definition/static-IP-address-dynamic-IP-address

If you are having a static ip you can create your desired database in that system and can access the database from there by making the connection string in app.config file.
