Java Script Validation in side of gridview

Question

Hi this is my gridview.....

i want when i click on any save button .... 
Then only current row text box Validate....
How i can do this...

my Problem is....
If i am clicking on 4 row... save button ...
Then also my 1 row textbox is checked...I not want this.....

Plse Help...
