Java/Axis Service minOccur =0 problem in window7

i find the problem that for

it occur because in java/axis service they set minOccur ="0" as i find in related post

finally i find source of problem and now i want to solve this.

can any one help me solve this from client end (from .net or through code)

Finally i resolve this issue. my main prob was that at time of login our server was given proper response but at our end (code lvl) we was not able to catch these values by object. just because at time of Service addition added namespace was wrong i make it right and now its working . namespace is [System.Xml.Serialization.XmlTypeAttribute(Namespace=http://easyvhello.api.yes)]
