JavaScript Error : is null or not an object

Ajax Page method working fine In other project. But when i am going to  implement it in my code and i add 

<asp:ScriptManager ID="ScriptManager1" EnablePageMethods ="true" runat="server">
    </asp:ScriptManager>

Its giving me errror  'busy' is null or not an object

 Here is my  HTML  code
