javascript popwindow problem

Question

Hi I have a button in my webpage. when this button clicks the pop window will open. Actually it works if i give url like this: http://localhost:52549/websitefolder/pagename. when i type http://ipaddress/pagename or http://localhost/pagename in my browser the webpage is coming but when i click the button the pop up window is not coming.
