Hi All  I want to assign folder path to textbox in javascript suppose var path = http://localhost/Fox/Myapp/Schedule.docx; then Textbox1.text= http://localhost/Fox/Myapp

Sir I want to remove file name from fullpath var path = http://localhost/Fox/Myapp/Schedule.docx; i want like this document.getElementById('your text box id').value=  http://localhost/Fox/Myapp  i am not getting how to remove file name ( Schedule.docx ) from fullpath ( http://localhost/Fox/Myapp/Schedule.docx)

if you are using javascript for this u can try var path = http://localhost/Fox/Myapp/Schedule.docx; document.getElementById('your text box id').value=path;
