I am having 11 yrs of experience and working as team lead s/w development. Now I want to change my job as working in same company from last 7 years. What are the latest trends and technology which are required for my job change??

What are the latest trends and technology which are required for my job change What kind of role you want to move? Either technical (architect) level or management level like Project Manager?
