I just want to answer for your 2 questions :)
I am sure you have heard about software integration also.
So do you have any idea about companies having integration department ?
As a software developer, i'm only aware about the 'integration' testing, where our entire developed application (since each team work on some modules) is integrated and test for the functionality.
So i'm not aware about 'integration department'.
provide me the learning resources of C#,ASP.NET,MVC,JQUERY
Sure.
For C# i suggest the below book, since it best fit for learner:
C# : Complete Reference - By Herbert Schildt. For ASP.NET,MVC,JQUERY
There are tons of online meterials available for the above each technologies. I will give the below urls:
http://www.asp.net/ - Just click the "Learn" link you can find a lot on ASP.Net technologies.
In this web site also, you can find a lot of tutorials.
Hope this helps! :)

First of all, i'm also heared first time about your technology. So i'm not sure about it's future.
I didn't do any development in these 3 years and now i want to switch to development side in Dotnet technologies.Could you please suggest if it would be good for me as i see no growth and job for Integration stuff in IT market. For your above question, the answer is, 'it depends' on your ability to sync with the Dotnet technology. If you really believe you can do it then you can. So no worry. Welcome to .Net world and All the best for your learning.
If you need any other learning resources or any questions then let me know. :)
