JPG to DICOM and Print

i need a solution for one of my application i need a software which can convert a JPG image to Dicom acquired from a canon cameradisplay itsome image manipulation tools and then dicom print so could you help?

Since you posted this in C# I assume you want to write a program to do this and not use a ready application. There are some commercial toolkits that support loading JPEG images and saving them to DICOM format. One example is leadtools. I am familiar with this toolkit because one of our internal-use applications is based on it. This toolkit supports loading JPEG images (and many other formats) and save them to DICOM Dataset. I think you will have full control over the result DICOM image tags (Pixel data patient name patient ID etc.).
