json dateformat

hiiii json dateformat showing problem. it is showing looks like that /Date(1224043200000)/ but i want like this 3-May-2014 how is it possible . plz help Thanxxxx

hi as per me this is correct date format. JSON is always contain universal format. when this json object is converted into server side object this will converted into culture date. If you want date like 3-May-2014 than you have to cast date to string before json object created. hope this will help you.
