You are getting error because of assembly refernce missing. You need to add assembly Json.NET by Nuget package manager. Please go through below article where it is demonstrated complete thing. If your application Json data structure same as your question then it should work fine. You must need to add reference in your application.

What is problem are you encountering? Secondly I wrote the code as per your Json data structure. I used foreach because your json contain array in translation tag.
