Keypress

Question

Hi
I am trying to use the keypress function to focus on textbox1 then, when in textbox1 to focus on textbox2, then when in textbox2 keypress to focus on textbox3.

But the command is triggered when any key is pressed is there a way I can specify the key to trigger this command. "ENTER" maybe

Any help will be highly appreciated.

I don't know if ProcessTabKey does any more than simply setting the focus but I prefer to use ProcessTabKey in case it does more.

I am sorry but I don't understand the question. Perhaps you are saying that you want the enter key to work like the tab key. Or maybe you just need to use the tab key. Are you familiar with the tab key? If you want the enter key to work like the tab key then you can use the following in the KeyPress event for each TextBox. if (e.KeyChar == ( char )Keys.Return) { e.Handled = true ; ProcessTabKey( true ); }
